All players up to the age of 9yrs old are only permitted to participate within in-house programming. From the U11 age division ASA can then create teams that will participate in a number of seasonal league competitions.

Spring Season (Apr-Jun)
For the Spring season, there is only one league within the lower mainland in which all age groups and levels can apply to; Cascadia Spring League
The Cascadia League also provides an opportunity for certain age groups to participate in the next game format that the age group will play for the following Fall Season. i.e. a U10 team (typically playing 7v7 during in-house programming) can participate within the Cascadia Spring League as an U11 “Intake’ team and play 8v8, which is the standard format the players will graduate into for the following season. The ‘Intake’ tag is available to the following age divisions for Spring 2024;
U10 – 2014 (moving from 7v7 to 8v8) known as U11 Intake for Spring 2024
U12 – 2012 (moving from 8v8 to 9v9) known as U13 Intake for Spring 2024
U13 – 2011 (moving from 9v9 to 11v11) known as U14 Intake for Spring 2024
