Sister Kicks (ideal for the new or inexperience female player) provides one training session per week, utilizing a multi station approach to physical and technical development, as well as a weekly game day experience. Practice session plans are game based, well designed, and developmentally appropriate to create an enjoyable, realistic and motivational learning environment that inspires ongoing participation.

U7/U8 (2017/2018 Born Players) may be pooled together.
U9/U10 (2015/2016 Born Players) may be pooled together.
Uniform & Equipment
Players will be provided with a club jersey, shorts & socks. All players must have their own soccer cleats, shin pads. A comfortable jacket/outer wear is recommended for cold/wet weather. Each player should also have a water bottle available for all sessions.
Coaching Credits
All parent volunteer coaches, helping for the complete program (as noted by our Lead Staff Coach), will receive one registration credit towards the 2024 Winter programming for the same player, in the same program. For players graduating into a new program or for those who choose to transfer to a different program, any differential in the program fees will be payable (including any new kit requirements).
If multiple parent-volunteers are assigned to the same team, the one registration credit will be divided equally.
