ADAPTIVE SOCCER PROGRAM

Abbotsford Soccer Association Adaptive Program allows children and youth (U6-U14) the opportunity to learn and experience soccer in a barrier-free environment.

Children & Youth U6 – U14 (2011 – 2019)

What to bring:

SPECIAL NOTE: This program is adapted for children with physical impairments, ADHD, FASD, OCD, Autism, Downs Syndrome, and other cognitive and sensory challenges. The Adaptive Program is open to participants that would not otherwise be comfortable in a traditional soccer program setting due to a variety of diverse abilities.

Location: Bateman Park

Wednesdays: 5:15pm -6:15pm

Cost: $75.00

MAY 14, 21, 28 / JUNE 4,11,18,25 2025

Parents are asked to remain present during sessions. Parents will have the opportunity to network with other families. Parents are not asked to participate, just remain within proximity.

CAMP CONTENT

Curriculum is based on the following building blocks:

  • Introduction – working on fundamental motor skills.
  • Fun games to get everyone involved with a soccer ball.
  • Technical Skills.
  • Shooting.
  • Socialization Building / Development.

Players are not considered registered until payment has been received, or a payment plan is in place.

Payments shall be made by credit card.
